This amazing journey will let you to explore the largest untouched wilderness in the Terai region of Nepal. Bardiya National Park, one of the largest National Park in Nepal. The area it has covered is 968sq km filled with of beautiful Sal forest, whispering grassland and bordering the Geruwa and Karnali Rivers. It is one of the largest National Parks of Nepal and homeplace to the Royal Bengal Tiger and one Horned Rhinoceros. Bardiya tour is one of the most famous and exotic wildlife adventurous tour in Western region of Nepal, where more than 250 bird’s species and 30 different mammals has been recorded.
 
It is one of the exciting journey which provide to its visitor an opportunity to encounter with various endangers wildlife including, Tiger, Rhinoceros, Elephant, and five species of deer. Beside this National Park, you can also visit Karnali River where you can witness and enjoy Gigantic Dolphin and two Crocodile species. This tour also offers you to meet with the native ethnic people called Tharu and observe their unique culture and living style. Bird Watching and canoeing/ boating in Karnali river are other specific features of this tour and eating special fish of Karnali river is really a mind-blowing which makes this tour really worth visiting.
 
Bardiya National Park is very famous for Jungal Safari. Bardiya tour will begin from Kathmandu, the Capital city of Nepal to Nepalgunj. This Bardiya Tour will also Provide you an opportunity to visit Kathmandu, the ancient heritage, a living gallery of arts and diverse culture. The Capital city will make you feel real charm while encountering an unforeseen blend of Hindu and Buddhist tribal traditions, tremendous architecture and antiquity behind the monuments. After exploring capital city, we will head to Nepalgunj by air flight and take around one and half hours drive to reach the National Park.

Itenarary

Day 1: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport.

As you arrive in the Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will welcome you and he/ she will transfer you to your hotel, where you can take a rest and be fresh. One of the representative will brief you about the next day trip in the evening. You will also get chance to enjoy welcome dinner.Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 2: Fly to Nepalgunj and drive 2 hours to Bardia.

After pleasing night in the Kathmandu, we will take morning breakfast, and take an air-flight to Nepalgunj. The distance between Bardiya and Nepalunj is 48 km, so you need to take a private Jeep, which takes around 2 hours to reach Bardiya. On the way we can stop at Babai River and enjoy viewing the crocodiles and fish. After you reach at Bardiya, and you will have a lunch In the Evening you can visit and explore the crocodile breeding center and the Tharu village.  Overnight at Bardiya.

Day 3: Jungle Activities as planned by the hotel, including Jungle Safari.

In this day, after having breakfast, we will walk into the forest of Bardiya National Park, where we can encounter Bengal tiger. The half day walk in the forest provides you an opportunity to encounter with many rare wildlife including the Bengal tiger as Bardiya is one of the best places for tiger spotting. Bardiya National Park is one of the biggest National Park in Nepal and it is very famous for Jungle Safari. Today you can also enjoy Elephant back ride, bird watching and canoe/boat ride and many more activities in the National Park. In the evening, you can enjoy Tharu cultural dance with typical Nepali dinner. Overnight at Bardiya.

Day 4: Full Day Activities in Bardia National Park and visit Karnali River.

In this day, after having breakfast, we will walk into the forest of Bardiya National Park, where we can encounter Bengal tiger. Day 5: Drive back to Nepalgunj and fly to Kathmandu.

In this day, after having breakfast, we will be back to Nepalgunj. From Nepalgunj, you will take an air-flight to Kathmandu. Today is your final day of your Bardiya National Park Tour and you will finally end here your wilderness journey. You will take scenic air-flight from Nepalgunj for Kathmandu. Around 45minutes flight offers you a magnificent aerial view of mountains and various settlements below. You will do some rest after you reach to your hotel Kathmandu. You will stay overnight at hotel.

Day 6: Kathmandu Rest Day and enjoy farewell dinner

Today you will rest and recall all the memories which you were captured during the trek. Today you can do some shopping in the vibrant Thamel market and in the evening, you can enjoy farewell dinner in the Nepali restaurant which represent typical Nepal culture. Then overnight you will stay in the same hotel.

Day 7: Final Departure.

This is the time to say goodbye and your final departure. Where you will leave all the beautiful moments and natural scenarios of the tour. A representative will help you to depart towards your final destination.

  • Nepal entry visa; you can obtain the visa easily upon your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu (Tourist Visa with Multiple Entries for 15 days can be obtained by paying USD 25 or equivalent foreign currency. Similarly, Tourist Visa with Multiple Entries for 30 days and 90 days can be obtained by paying USD 40 and 100 respectively. Please bring 2 copies of passport size photos.)
