This amazing adventurous trek begins from Barpark by following the beautiful Budhi Gandaki River and explore Chumling village of lower Tsum valley similarly, we will pass through Chhokangparo (Upper Tsum), Nile/Chhule, Rachen Gompa and Tsum Valley and finally reach to the Manaslu. This amazing trail will accomplish trekkers desire to explore exotic scenic surrounding with stunning views of the Himalayas on the background and enrich diverse natural resources. It also provides an opportunity to observe and explore the Buddhism and explore various ancient monasteries like Mu Gompa (3,700m), the largest Monastery and many more.

Itenarary

Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu & Transfer to Hotel - 1,300m/4,264 ft


In Kathmandu at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will be there to welcome you and he /she will help you to find out your hotel. As you reach your hotel, you will be checked and you can take rest and be fresh. In the evening you can enjoy welcome dinner with our team. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Kathmandu: Sightseeing and Trek Preparation


After a pleasing night at the hotel, today, we will have breakfast and whole day we can visit major UNESCO World heritage sites in Kathmandu Valley. First, we will visit Pashupatinath Temple, and then Syambhunath, Boudhanath Stupa, and Royal Kathmandu Durbar Square. In the evening our representative will provide you shot explanations about next day Trek. Overnight at Kathmandu at the same hotel.  

Day 3: Drive to Barpak (2000m/6560ft)


In this day, after having morning breakfast, we will take a tourist Ac Bus and heads forward to Barpak. Around 6 hours’ scenic drive will take us to the Gorkha, the Capital of Medieval Nepal and Barpak village, a home place to Gaje Ghale, the 2nd World War veteran who also received Victoria Cross from the Queen of Britain. Overnight at Barpak.

Day 4: Barpark to Laprak (2200m/7216ft): 6-7 hrs


Today also we can continue our trail after our morning breakfast. Trekking through the easy trail into the mountains by following the main valley of the Budhi Gandaki River. A few hours of ascent take us to the beautiful pass of Gupsi Dada (3000m). As you reach to the Gupsi Dada pass Laprak there you can enjoy the stunning views of Ganesh Himal, Buddhi, Shringi, and the Langtang range. After exploration, we will descend down to Laprak, a beautiful Gurung village and stay overnight there.

Day 5: Laprak to Khorlabeshi (875m/2870ft): 7-8 Hrs


Today, after morning breakfast, we can continue our trail east to Manaslu main valley of the Budhi Gandaki river.  We can descend from Laprak and cross a beautiful suspension bridge over the Gandaki river. Then we will follow a steep ascent towards the hillside which offers us the splendid views of the Manaslu Himal and other stunning Himalayas. After that, we can descend down to Kholrabeshi and stay overnight over there.

Day 6: Khorlabeshi to Jagat (1410m/ 4625 ft): 6 hrs


In this day we can trek ups & downs trail until we will reach to Tatopani where you can bath in the natural hot spring. From the Tatopani we continue climbing over another ridge, then we will cross the beautiful suspension bridge over the Budhi Gandaki. Then we will continue Climbing over a ridge and reach to Dobhan. Again, we will cross a suspension bridge over the Dobhan Khola, the trail climbs on a rugged trail to Duman. We will cross again next suspension bridge over the beautiful Yaru Khola and continue climb and drop down to the river and again climb more stone stairs to Tharo Bharyang by following the Budhi Gandaki river and finally climb towards the village of Jagat. Overnight at Jagat.

Day 7: Jagat to Philim (1,590m/ 5215 ft): 3hrs


Today, after having breakfast, we will ascent over a rocky ridge to the beautiful Salleri, and then continue descending to Setibas and then to Ghatta Khola. Continue to ascend by crossing a long suspension bridge we will climb up and reach to Philim, a large Gurung village and stay overnight at Philim.

Day 8: Philim to Chumling (2363m/7775 ft):6/7 hours


From Philim we will take over the trail that drops down towards Lungwa stream. Trail completely passes through thick rhododendron and pine forest toward gambling. You will encounter numerous up and down until you arrive at the small suspension bridge. We will cross Lokpa Pass and continue trail gets diverted from this bridge toward Ripchet and Chumling. The old Chumling Gumba and the stone street of the Chumling truly win every traveler's heart. There is a monastery at the upper end of the village where you can go for a view of Ganesh Himal, Himalchuli.

Day 9: Chumling to Chokhangparo (3010m/9903ft): 5/6 hours


From Chumling, we will be heading to Chhokangparo. Chhokangparo is located on a flat land and made up of two settlements Chekkam and Paro. We will take the trail that heads towards the suspension bridge over Serpu Khola.  and afterward proceeds to trek towards the Gho town. From the valley, the Ganesh Himal range can be seen specifically toward the south where it gives tremendous perspectives of the Buddha and Himal Chuli tops toward the south-west.

Day 10: Chokhangparo to Nile (3361m/11058ft), via Milarepa cave: 6/7 hours


We should be cautious about the elevation problem while moving above Chokhangparo. We will follow Lamagaon to the Rachen Gompa and then climb to Milarepa’s Cave.  This is the last town traveling north in the upper Tsum valley. From Chhokangparo we will take after the trail trip high up towards Ranchen Gompa. We will visit for a brief time and after that, we cross the sheer Khola, which leads us to the Nile in a small valley.

Day 11: The Nile to Bhajyo (Chhekya) (4030m/13218ft): 4 hours


Today also we will continue our trail after morning breakfast, we will walk to the west bank of the Valley, almost close to the Tibetan border by following the Tibetan landscapes. Continue ascent up to the Mu Gompa and to Bhajyo from where we can have a splendid view of the Tibetan peaks and the Ganesh Himal range. As you reach to Bhajyo, a remote area and you can explore yak farmhouse and stay overnight there.

Day 12: Rest at Bhajyo (Cheekya)


Today is your rest day at Bhajyo. Bhanjyo is famous for sightseeing. We will explore the highland around Bhajyo. and enjoy the magnificent views of Ngula Dhojyang pass and the glaciers of the Yamdro Valley. Overnight at Bhajya.

Day 13: Bhajyo to Rachen Gompa: (3240m/10627ft): 6 Hrs


From Bhajyo, we will continue our trail descending down to Rachen Gumba. Established in 1905 AD, the Rachen Gumba is a stunning monastery in the Shiar Khola Valley. You can enjoy visiting the inside the Gumba, where you can see gorgeous Buddhist mural paintings. Overnight at Rachen Gompa.

Day 14: Rachen Gompa to Chumje (3230m/10,595ft): 5/6hrs


In this day, we will have a breakfast and continue our trail forwards south until we will cross a beautiful bridge and then descend again to Chhokangparo. The further descending below Chhokangparo for about 2hrs and reached at Gho (2485m). After that, we will trek to the northern route in the lower Tsum Valley and finally, arrive at Chumje via Yaju. Overnight at Chumje.

Day 15: Chumje for Bihi (3130m/10,266ft): 4/5hrs


After a pleasing night at Chumje, we will continue our trail forward to Bihi. We will continue to trek on the northern route in the lower Tsum Valley and pass the beautiful village called Dorjon Kharka before reaching Rana. Then we will cross the large suspension bridge over the Manaslu Budhi Gandaki River and further trek leads us to the village of Bihi. Overnight at Bihi.

Day 16: Bihi to Namrung (2540m/8331ft): 6 hrs


We will continue our trail relatively flat terrain for a few hours and again the trail moves uphill through the forest path. The further climb will take us to the Namrung, which offers us to enjoy the glorious views of Manaslu, among others. Overnight at Namrung.

Day 17: Trek from Namrung to Lho (3180m/10,430 ft): 4 hrs


In this day, we will have breakfast in the morning and head towards the from Namrung. At the beginning of our trek, we enter into the Buddhism influenced region. The further trail will climb up through the forest to Lihi. During the way to Lho, we can enjoy the remarkable views of the Ganesh Himal and descend down to Sho. Another steep climb takes us to our today's campsite on a ridge. Overnight at Lho.

Day 18: Trek from Lho to Samagaon (3530m/11,578 ft): 5/6 hrs


Today, we will continue our trail after having breakfast, by following the small tributary. We will continue walking in the shady fir forest and have a short climb to a plateau and the village Shyala, where we can enjoy huge mountains that surround us, Himal Chuli and Ngadi Chuli peak, Manaslu and large glaciers and other snow-capped peaks. During our trekking, we can view Ganesh Himal and explore well-known monastery of Sama. Sama Gaon, a village inhabited by Tibetans and lies at the Manaslu.

Day 19: Trek from Sama to Samdo (3860m/12,660 ft): 4/5 hrs


Today, after having breakfast, we will descend down to the Budi Gandaki, and we will follow to the north side and cross a bridge over a side stream. The further trail can lead us to the Manaslu Base camp. During the way to Samdo, we will cross the Larkya La pass, several beautiful Mani walls and continue an easy trail through the mixed of juniper and birch forests of Kermo Kharka, and visit a large white kani and finally passing through the kani and reach to Samdo. Overnight at Samdo.

Day 20: Samdo - High Camp (Ekle Bhatti) (4460m/14,628fy): 5hrs


In this day, we will continue our trek down the edge and cross the wooden bridge over the beautiful Budi Gandaki river and continue upward trail and cross two streams and witness the impressive Larkya Glacier. Continue trail towards Salka Khola and climb up until you reach to the stone guest house (4450 m) called Dharamshala, located at the Larkya Phedi. We will again climb by following the famous Larkya Pass and reach to Ekle Bhatti, where we can witness Larkya Glaciers. Overnight at High Camp.

Day 21: High Camp – Bimthang (3,590m/11811ft), 7/ 8 hours walking


After morning breakfast, we will continue our trail across the moraines of the glacier, we will make a gradual ascent with the outstanding views of Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, Kangguru and Annapurna II. The further trek will take us to Bimtang through passing low pastures. Overnight at Bimthang.

Day 22: Rest day at Bimthang


In this day, we are going to take a rest and explore the around. Visit with the people over there and witness their way of life. Overnight at Bimthang.

Day 23: Trek Bimthang to Dharapani(1860m/6,100ft): 6-7 Hrs


In this day we will descend a great height today. We will begin our trek from the valley of Burdin Khola, through the rhododendron forests, to Karche, the highest cultivating place in the valley. Then we will descend to the village of Gho. While staying on the north bank of the river, we trek into Tilje. By leaving Tilje Village, and cross wooden bridge above the Dudh Khola to the northern side and reach to Dharapani. Stay overnight at Dharapani.

Day 24: Dharapani - Ghermu (1100m/3608ft): 7 hrs


Next morning, after having breakfast, we will continue our trek following the Annapurna Circuit Trek. We will descend down to the Marsyandi River and cross the beautiful suspension bridge. Further climb up and away from the river and trek through a Tal (1,675m), situated at the foot of a large waterfall. The trail continues up and down along the river, by following to Chyamje and reach to Jagat. A steep trail descends down through the Marshyangdi valley and reach to Syange and finally reach Ghermu. Overnight at Ghermu.

Day 25: Ghermu - Besisahar (800m/2625 ft): 4 hrs


By following the Marsyandi valley we will trek upwards through its bank's terrace fields and we will cross several native villages such as Bhulbhule, Khudi, etc. Then further trek on a flat part alongside the left bank of the Marsyandi and we will reach to Besi Sahar, a dusty and busy place which marks the end of our trek. Overnight at Besisahar.

Day 26: Drive Besi Sahar to Kathmandu by bus: 7/8 hrs


In this day, after having morning breakfast, we will continue our trekking back to Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. Around 7 to 8 hours of the picturesque drive along the banks of the beautiful Marsyangdi and Trishuli rivers with impressive views of green and white hills, mountains, farming terraces and villages on both sides of the road we will reach to Kathmandu. As you reach your hotel you can take a rest and, in the evening, you can enjoy farewell dinner. Overnight at Kathmandu in the same hotel.

Day 27: Leisure day in Kathmandu


You would surely like to see as much of Kathmandu as possible. After breakfast, you will leave for a whole day visiting around Kathmandu valley. You can visit the holy Pashupatinath Temple and Syambhunath, incredibly old and essential enlisted in UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Day 28: Farewell, friends


You would surely like to see as much of Kathmandu as possible. After breakfast, you will leave for a whole day visiting around Kathmandu valley. You can visit the holy Pashupatinath Temple and Syambhunath, incredibly old and essential enlisted in UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
