Tibet, a land of spirit and mysterious, is able to be the dream of all trekkers. Tibet is filled with majestic towering mountains, holy lake, the national park, sacred monasteries, vast grassland and many more.

Lhasa, the capital city of Tibet and the Autonomous Region of Tibet is the most famous of world-renowned heritage sites and cultural relic. Lasha contains two famous heritage sites; the Potala Palace and Norbulingka that were the residences of the Dalai Lama. Lasha is full of various significant Temples including Jokhang and Ramoche, and ancient monasteries; Sera Monastery and Drepung Monastery. These two monasteries are well-known for the great three Gelukpa university monasteries of Tibet. Besides, the holy capital, Tibet tour also offers us more to explore gorgeous physical nature and rich cultural cities. Gyantse, a small charming town also display you the ancient Kumbum monastery and architectural marvel of the largest Chorten (Buddhist Shrine). Similarly, Shigatse, the second largest city in Tibet offers you magnificent views of Himalayas; Mt. Everest Base Camp.

Tibet Tour begins with a splendid flight to the Lhasa, through across the top-of-the-world landscape. After you reach to Lhasa, we will make our tour successful by exploring the various physical beauty of the place; famous towns of Tibet including famous world heritage sites.

Itenarary

Day 1: Arrive at Lhasa (3,650 m)


After your arrival at Lhasa airport, you will be received by our representative and he/she will escort you to your hotel. Rest of the day you can rest and relax. In the evening, one of our representatives will provide you with a short explanation of the further tour. Overnight at Lhasa hotel.

Day 2: Guided City Tour of Lhasa


As morning rises, we will have breakfast, we will manage you to visit major world heritage sites of Lhasa. Lhasa is famous for its Potala Palace, Drepung Monastery, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street and many more. Potala Palace is a cardinal landmark of Tibet and residence of Dalai Lama. You will be amazed to view highest 13 stories situated over 1,000 rooms, 20,0000 statues, and 10,000shrines in Potala Palace. After that, you will explore Jokhang Temple, designed with a mixed of Nepal and Tibetan architectural styles. Walking in the Barkhor street, where you can witness ornaments, handicrafts, knives, religious musical instruments, tangka, gold and silverware, masks along with Drepung Monastery, Ganden Monastery, and Sera Monastery. Overnight at Lhasa.

Day 3: Drive to Tsedang (3,580 m) - 290 km/10 hours


Today, after early breakfast, we will manage you to visit Samye Monastery, the first temple of Tibet along with Buddhist Jewels of Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. we need to drive 290 km to reach Tsedang and visit Tsedang, the capital of Yarlung Valley.

Day 4: Guided Tour of Tsedang


After the next morning breakfast, we will visit the famous Yumbulangkang Palace and Trandruk Monastery. Yumbulangkang Palace, one of the oldest building of Tibet’s history and tall Tower, from where we can have a magnificent view of the entire valley. Later on, we will also explore Trandruk Monastery, first Buddhist Monastery in Tibet. Overnight at Tsedang.

Day 5: Drive to Gyantse (3,900 m) - 350 km/8 hours


Today, after early breakfast, we will head towards Gyantse. Around 8 hours drive will take us to the Gyantse, situated at the altitude of 3900m.  On the way, we will follow one of the beautiful Gampala Pass (4790 m) and visit stunning Yamdrok Lake and Karola Glacier. Overnight at Gyantse.

Day 6: Drive to Shigatse (3,900 m) - 100 km/3 hours


In this day, after morning breakfast, we will manage you to visit the famous Pelkor Monastery, one of the main Monastery in Gyantse of Tibet. then drive to Shigatse and stay overnight over there.

Day 7: Drive to Lhasa (3,650 m) - 280 km/8 hours


Next morning, after early breakfast, we will explore Tashilumpo Monastery, one of the Six Big Monasteries of Gelugpa. Tashilumpo Monastery, made by Dalai Lama is the major attraction of Shigatse. It is also Tibetan Buddhist Center of rare Tibet.  

Day 8: Transfer to the International Airport for Your Final Flight Departure
