Overview

Situated in the Solukhumbu District with the summit of 6,654 meters, Mera Peak climbing is one of the outstanding peaks. During our trek to this amazing peak, we can have a splendid view of hypnotic glamour’s of nature is really amazing experience in one’s life. Mera Peak Climbing, one of the highest peaks that allowed us to climb in Nepal, which offers us magnificent views of five mountains that are over 8000m, they are; Mt. Everest, Kanchenjunga, Lhotse, Cho Oyu, and Makalu. Enthusiastic trekkers and novice climbers are making this one of the best destinations to climb and able to fulfill their hiking as well as a climbing desire on snow in a secluded area of Khumbu region.
 
Climbing on the undamaged and uninhabited Hinku Valley below the Mera Peak is also one of the wildest and most beautiful experiences in Nepal. Furthermore, Massive moraines, Glacier Lakes, and spectacular mountains views during climbing of Mera Peak provides us rewarding experiences. Mera Peak climbing also let you climb to the third highest Mountain called Kanchenjunga, Makalu to the east and Everest appears over the gigantic southern aspect of Nuptse and Lhotse to the north. This Climbing provides us rare opportunity to be in front of spectacular mountains sceneries, the geo-cultural atmosphere of the highest summits and scenic surrounding in the world.
 
Mera peak climbing starts from Kathmandu with the beautiful flight which offers unbelievable areal views of the white and green mountains. As we reach to Lukla, then we officially start our climb to Chutanga through the pristine of Pine, and Rhododendron forest. During our climb, Chatara La Pass also offers us the spectacular views of Kongdi RI, Numbur Himal, Karyolang peak and many other mountains peaks. While passing Kothe, we can also enjoy the views of Mera and the Hinku Valley. It is amazing to view Mt. Charpate and Mera La along with the Buddhists Gumba on the lap of the big rock at Thangnak. From Chapatti Tal, we will pass Dig Kharka and accommodated at Khare and begins to climb to Mera Base Camp. Only Mera Peak Climbing can let you experience real mountaineering in the high Himalayas in Nepal where we can enjoy unbelievable views across to Chamlang, Nau Lekh, and Baruntse.

Itenarary

Day 1: Welcome to Kathmandu Airport


As you arrive in Kathmandu at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel where you can take a rest and be fresh. After you become fresh, you will be welcome for the dinner in the typical Nepali restaurant and provide you a brief explanation about the further trek. overnight at the Hotel.

Day 2: A full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, the capital valley


As morning raises, you will be taking to visit some religious and historical places in Kathmandu Valley. We will begin our sightseeing tour in Kathmandu, observing the UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as; Hanuman, Dhoka Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Swoyambhunath, Boudhanath Stupa and so on. Boudhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath which are the most famous place in Kathmandu. And in the evening, you will meet a trekking guide and discuss the necessary equipment’s prepare for the further trek. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3: Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2652m)


Early morning after having breakfast, you will take a breathtaking flight for Lukla, almost 30 minutes flight offers you impressive mountains views including Mt. Everest and others stunning mountains. We spend our whole day to explore the Lukla. Overnight at Lukla.

Day 4: Lukla trek to Chutanga (3200m)


After a pleasing night in the Lukla, we will have morning breakfast, we will begin our trek officially from Lukla to Chutanga which is situated at the elevation of the 3200m. The way to Chutanga, we will cross rhododendron and pine forest and small settlements. The further trail will follow Kalo Himal Ridge and trek slightly ascent up to Chutanga through the beautiful rhododendron and pine forest. Eventually, you will reach to Chutanga and stay Overnight over there.

Day 5: Chutanga trek to Chatara la (4500m)


In this day, after early breakfast, we will hike towards Chatara la, at the altitude of the 4500m. The way to the Chatara La, we will ascent and reach to the Chatara la. From Chatara la, you will have some spectacular views of Kongdi Ri, Number Himal, Karyolang peak and many other mountains peaks.

Day 6: Chatara La - Kothe (3800m)


As morning rises, we will have an early breakfast, we will head towards Kothe which is situated at an elevation of the 3800m. The way to the Kothe, we will pass the beautiful forest of Juniper, rhododendrons and local vegetation. You will also get chances to encounter with the various mountain wildlife such as; sloth bear, jungle cat, and many more. The further trek will follow Thakthor and reach to the Kothe. Overnight at Kothe.

Day 7: Kothe to Thagnak (4300m)


In this day, after early breakfast, we will continue our trail from the west bank of the river to Tangag (4,360m) with the splendid views of Kusum Kanguru peak, Mt. charpate and Mera La and many other neighborhoods Himalayas including a Buddhist Gomba in the lap of the big rock. The further trek takes you to the Thagnak. Overnight at Thagnak. 

Day 8: Thangnak to Khare (BC) (5000m)


Today, after early breakfast, we will experience an excellent valley views to the north of the Hinku Nup glacier and other stunning peaks. the further trail descends slightly and crosses Dig Kharka. And reach Khare. In the Khare, you can practice glacier session where you can learn to use ropes and crampons. Overnight at Khare.

Day 9: Acclimatization day in Khare


Today, we’ll have an acclimatization day in Khare. We’ll walk around the entire village and capture the photos of cultural houses in Khare. We will take a rest today and be prepared for tomorrow, climbing a Mera High Camp. Overnight at Khare.

Day 10: Khare to Mera High Camp (5800m)


Next day, is a day to fulfill your dream of Summit on Mera High Camp. From the Khare, the well-defined ridge leads to the final snow slope which is quite steep and more technical to reach the summit. Our Climbing guide will fix the rope and lead you to the successful summit of the Mera High Camp. It takes around 2 hours to reach Base Camp which offers us breathtaking views of Mt. Everest, Baruntse, Kusum Kanguru and many other stunning peaks. After a Successful High Camp climb, it makes us feel a sense of accomplishment. Overnight at Mera High Camp.

Day 11: Exploration day


As morning rises, it is amazing to have an early breakfast on the top of Mera and exploring the surrounding with the splendid Mountains views makes our climb worth visiting.

Day 12: High camp-climb to Mera peak (6400m) back to Khare


In this day, we will reach your desired destination. Though the way is quite tough, even you will be excited to climb up to Mera Peak, at the altitude of 6400m. During your mountaineering trip, you often need a rope to climb up to the Mera peak. During the way, we can enjoy incredible views across to Baruntse (7129m), Chamlang (7319m) and Nau Lekh (6360m) with Makalu (8481m) looming behind. As you reach the summit of Mera peak, you will view a splendid view of the Himalayas and take a picture to make a lifelong memory in your life. After exploring the summit, you will retrace back down to High Camp and Khare. Overnight at Khare.

Day 13: Trek back to Kothe


After early morning breakfast, you will trek back to Kothe. It takes around 7 hours to reach Kothe by passing Tagnag. Overnight.at Kothe.

Day 14: Trek back to Thuli Kharka


As morning rises, we will have morning breakfast, you will continue a new route back to Thuli Kharka. You will follow the beautiful rhododendron forest with a beaten trail of Himalaya of Nepal; Mera peaks, Mera North, Mera Central, Mera South from Thuli Kharka. Overnight at Thuli Kharka.

Day 15: Trek back to Lukla


In this day, we will trek down to Lukla through the rhododendron, fir, oak, juniper forest to the valley floor to follow the Dudh Koshi downhill and then we will trek out of the national park to the village of Phakding. We can have some beautiful mountains view from Lukla valley they are Cho Yu, Numbur Himal, Kongde peak, Kusum Khangru and many more.  In this way, we will finish our exhilarating journey. Overnight at Lukla.

Day 16: Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu


This morning, we will take a flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. Around 30 minutes flight once offers us thrilling flight over forests, fields and beautiful settlements with the Himalayas in the background. Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 17: Free day in Kathmandu and enjoy Farewell dinner


Today we’ll explore the entire city of Kathmandu. We’ll visit different religious and historical places in Kathmandu including Pashupatinath Temple, Soyambhunath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Royal Kathmandu Durbar Square, and many more. If your time permits, you can do some souvenirs shopping. In the evening, you can enjoy farewell dinner in the Nepali restaurant which represent the typical Nepali culture. Overnight at the same hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 18: Final Departure


Our tour comes to an end this day. After an early breakfast and hotel checkout, our representative will help you to find your final departure. We wish you a good journey.

Similarly, Tourist Visa with Multiple Entries for 30 days and 90 days can be obtained by paying USD 40 and 100 respectively. Please bring 2 copies of passport size photos.)
